The Hunter is a short, e-book exclusive that does a great job of introducing the series' main character, Robert Hunter. The novella is only around 80 pages long, so this will be a mini-review. Basically, if you're looking for a jolt of adrenaline in the form of a little thriller, then grab this up. Chris Carter is a fantastic crime/thriller writer, and once you have a taste, you'll be ravenous for more.
