I know you have read on questions you should be asking the interviewer, but I am going to cover on that one question that might mean the difference between you being employed and going back home empty handed.
I sat down with Ms. Wangeci to give me highlights of the best questions candidates have ever asked her in an interview.
“I have interviewed all sorts of candidates – from those who are afraid to ask you any question to the ones who ask you all the wrong question,” says Ms. Wangeci.
She confesses that the best question that stood out was,
“I was wondering what your best moment so far at this company was?”
According to Ms. Wangeci, as innocent as it may seem is the one question you should never leave the interview room without asking because:
